Double Header Content

    Hi guys, I am a noob so please be kind.. I was customising my Avada theme then followed a YouTube video that suggested downloading the demo content and as I did so there was a warning about double content or something but I paid no attention… I have now have the header content/tabs doubled up… i.e. 2x Home, 2x Sliders, 2x Pages etc. (www.first-select.co.uk)

    How can I remove the duplication and also customise some of the tabs – as in get rid of “Sliders” altogether…
