Double images in post

  • I’m changing my theme from Photocrati 4.9.3 to Emotions Lite 1.0.5. I’m having a problem getting double images in my post. From what I can tell is that I start each post with an image and I also include a featured image. It seems to be showing both links. I can fix the issue by deleting one or the other.
    The problem is the featured image is posted on FB and sometimes it isn’t necessary the first image. Is there a way to program it not show the featured image?
    Also, how do I increase the text size of the blog?

    In general it’s sufficient to add just the featured image, no need to add the main image to as an image within the post but of course it is up to you how you edit your content.

    You can increase the overall font size that will affect most copy areas by adding this custom CSS to Customizer / Additional CSS

}

    I guess that Photocrati is different since I’ve used that theme from the beginning and now all post have double images. Is there some way that I can correct this with out going to each post?

    Ideally you should edit each post and get rid of the image added in the post.

    Alternatively you can hide the featured images by unticking this option in
    Customizer / Blog Options / Show Full Post Featured Image

    This will hide the featured images on each individual blog post page.

    However this will still leave you with double images on your main blog page – that’s why I said ideally you should edit each post.
