    If anyone can help please.

    Thanks

It could be due to custom coding in the theme you’re using: Are you seeing the same thing when switching to Twenty Sixteen? Also, you might find the following plugin useful: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-product-archive-customiser

Thanks for the reply. When I switched to the Twenty Sixteen theme it didn’t give me that problem. I’m not sure of the custom coding, I’ve checked and I didn’t made any adjustments to the site other than upgrading the site WordPress. I tried downgrading WordPress, but it didn’t help.

I guess I need to update the theme, hopefully this will work.

    That plugin did not help.

    Thanks

This is very likely due to your theme having outdated template overrides. If it does work with a default theme, please contact your theme developer and have them update the theme’s template overrides, or move them out of your theme directory to use the standard WooCommerce templates.

I found out it was because of my outdated theme. I end up updating the theme now it works.

    Thanks!
