    Hey All,

    I’m looking for support in this. I’m having an issue where a CC order results in two order confirmation emails. Additionally, it doubles draws out of our inventory in Woo, really throwing us off. Sometimes even making our stock show -1

    Hi there,

    In order to troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

    • Confirm whether this is only happening with WooCommerce Stripe or whether you’re able to replicate the same behaviour with another payment gateway as well;
    • Share a copy of your status report as found under WooCommerce > Status
    • Share a copy of any Stripe Logs as found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (Assuming Stripe Logging was enabled at the time of checkout)
    • Share a copy of the order-notes section for an affect order. These can be found under WooCommerce > Orders > YOUR ORDER > Order notes (On the right-hand side)

    Is there a non public support method for stripe? Or is public support the only way??

    You can also create a ticket via your Woo.com account.

    May I ask why do you ask about non-public support method?

    Sorry to know that you’ve also faced a similar issue. However, to align with?forum best practices, please create a new topic so that we can address your issue(s) separately.

    In the meantime, I recommend trying the suggested steps mentioned above and while creating a new ticket, please share with us the following:

    • a copy of your status report as found under?WooCommerce > Status
    • a copy of any Stripe Logs as found under?WooCommerce > System Status > Logs?(Assuming Stripe Logging was enabled at the time of checkout)
