Double menu on mobile version

I’m having issues with the menu on the mobile version of this them. There seems to be two menus that show up – a burger menu and what appears to be the desktop navigation menu, the latter being stick to the screen and blocking any content on the website completely.

What could be the issue and how do I go about resolving this in the simplest way possible?
