double navbar and accessibility

  • Hello everyone!!!

    on https://www.comune.binago.co.it there’s a static navigation bar… and I would create another navigation bar right under that one which shows items when I click on some items on the actual navigation bar.
    Since it has to follow accessibility, how I should make that second navigation bar?… Any suggest?
