Double newsletters

  • Hi,

    I use Mailpoet 3 sending service. I’m informed by one subscriber,(I don’t know if this happens to another subscriber also), that whenever I send one newsletter, he receives it twice.

    Can you tell why is this happening and what to do in order to stop sending the same mailpoet newsletter twice?

    Let me tell you that the subscriber is not listed twice, he is in one list only and he has no other email.
