• My webpage has double OG Meta Tags, and I only personally set one with YEOST SEO. The other one seems to be coming from a woocommerce plugin? (I’ve disabled all woocommerce plugins as I don’t need those on my site at the moment.) And on social links, it keeps overriding the OG tags I set with the ones that are already set somewhere else.
How do I delete the second set of OG tags?

Here’s the source code from my page in question. (I’ve deleted my site name and repalced it with #####)

    <meta property="og:title" content="Home"/><meta property="og:type" content="article"/><meta property="og:url" content="https://#####[l.com/](https://l.com/)"/><meta property="og:site\_name" content="#####"/><meta property="og:image" content="[https://secureservercdn.net/IPADDRESS#####/#####myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/#####watermark.jpg?time=1657055879](https://secureservercdn.net/IPADDRESS#####/#####myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/#####watermark.jpg?time=1657055879)"/><style id='gt3-core-elementor-core-inline-css' type='text/css'>

  • It seems that your Website’s theme is generating the OG meta tags. Have you tried to disable the current theme and enable the default one.

Yes I think that my site is generating the OG Sites. Specifically the plugin GT3 Core. (GT3 Themes makes my theme). I did contact them but they did not provide assistance.

I have not found any options on my site on where I can edit that information input by the theme.

I tried to disable the plugin but I need it for my homepage. I did not change the theme – but even if I did, it would not solve my problem when I go back to my desired theme?

edit: I figured it out. It was under the functions.php section of the css of my theme file. =)
