    Hi there WPMUDEV,

Thanks for this lite version of your Appointments+ plugin. It allows to test everything. It’s clever.

    Two questions please:
    1. When you are booking an available slot, then click on ‘Confirm’ button but after, cancel by clicking on cancel button or closing the page, the appointment goes on ‘Pending’ status. That means that someone who makes a mistake, can’t change any parameter to fill an appointment with new parameters.
For me its an issue in my process. I would like, if someone cancels the appointment before the payment, this appointment should be removed but not pushed in ‘Pending’ status.
How can I do this please?

    2. I think just one thing is missing to use Appointments or Appointments+ in France.
The french law is very clear: when you sell anything on the web, you must provide a “Double opt-in” process. The french law says that you must provide an agreement check box to force the customer to fill it to allow the payment. This check box means that the customer is aware of all the Terms of sells. The customer has to be allowed to read this terms as well.
Without this check box and the ability to read our term of sells, I will not be allowed to use Appointments in France. hope i’m enough specific.
How can I provide this check box please?

    best regards

    Hey there Sigor,

    Hope you’re well today ??

    1. I’ve been testing this with different settings and appointments should be moved to “removed” with the process you mentioned above by using “Disable pending appointments after (mins)” option which can be found in Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Time Settings, please set the value to 0 to disable it, see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/nizJvqXZn.

Also please note that those pending appointments will be moved to “Removed appointments” after some time (should be ~10 minutes) even if the value is set to 0.

    2. This would be pretty easy to do with Additional Fields addon which allows you to add checkbox (set it as required if needed) in your confirmation box, with some custom CSS you should be able to make it to look like this https://screencast.com/t/pUQREXqd.

However, this add on is only available in the premium version of the plugin. There is no way aside from custom coding to add something like this to your confirmation box by using free version of Appointments.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Bojan,
I spent few minutes on wpmudev’s website to read everything about ‘Appointments+’. You told me about add-ons, especially ‘Additional Fields’. Your website talks about 20 add-ons. I can’t find the add-on’s list. May I have your help please to find everything about thislist?
    Thanks

    Hey again Sigor,

    Sure thing ??

First of there is no specific documentation related to add ons. You can find all available add ons even in the free version of the plugin, you will just not be able to activate them.

To check list of available add-ons and a short description of what they’re doing please go to Appointments -> Settings -> Add-ons, see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/qRCT5PZsMmTo.

    Hope this helps ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan
