Double optin redirects to “page not found”

    Hello,
    on Build Listing -> Subscription -> General -> Opt in, when I enable double opt in and click on save button, I get a redirect to “page not found”.
    Any help please?

    Check if you set a custom confirmation page url on subscription configration panel, activation tab or if the dedicated page on main setting is set to a offline page.
