    Hi, from several days, i got lot of problem with orders, lots of orders are charged 2 or 3 times on my customers, with duplicate order..

    I called some customer, and first time they got an error on our store ( can’t get the error ) so they made a new order and this time the order is validate but the forst is already validate on our plateform and paiement is take by stripe

    we made a lot of test, the bug is not everytime so we can’t reproduce.. we can’t disable all plugin and template to see because of user experience..

    the customer dont receive any mail but we tested and our mails are ok when we resend mail in admin order area

    we search on different forum and we found problem with woocommerce multilingual so we disabled them

    we got stripe to validate order and we have setting on old integration, before this, we got maybe 50% bug on order, and now since we changed for older integration in stripe setting, we got less but, maybe 10%..

    we don’t know what to do.. anyone got an idea please ?

    Hi @gfardoux,

    since i disabled complianz, i dont get double order ( but only 3 new order so maybe.. later )

    It’s interesting to note that disabling Complianz has resulted in no double orders. Please continue to monitor this situation and inform us if the issue reoccurs.

    there was 1 redirection in rank math seo with no destination.. i deleted, hop it was that !

    You can monitor the situation and check if there are any redirections that cause fatal errors.

    Please keep us updated on how this goes.

    Hi @gfardoux,

    i always got the fatal error for redirection…

    Does this also occur even in your staging site with a default theme activated with only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway as the active plugins?

    We got 2 new double order ( on 12 new order in total )… we can’t disable plugin and template in live !

    on staging how can i reproduce if this is random order..

    we dont know what to do, hard to reproduce in staging..

    can any woocommerce admin can test our staging website and try to find the problem ?

    this is relay anoying..

    At this point, the cause of the issue remains unclear as it cannot be replicated.
    Given that you have a staging site, I would recommend placing several orders and monitoring the outcomes. Please attempt to place similar orders that have previously resulted in the issue.

    It is essential to conduct this on the staging site with the same configuration as the live site.
    Once you can reproduce the error, you may proceed with conflict testing.

    Kindly repeat the same steps, but disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to the default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Four.

    Additionally, please never offer or share login details on this public forum, as it is strictly against the forum guidelines.

    If you believe that this issue requires resolution from the WP Admin dashboard, I would suggest engaging a professional developer whom you trust.
