• I’ve set up Yith Woocommerce Subscriptions with payment through Paypal. Everything seems fine. Emails for supplier and client comes through (via Woocommerce) once the transaction is done, but after a short time, another set of confirmation emails arrive with a different order number.

    On inspection I can see the following:
    1. Woocommerce orders: shows both sets of order numbers. The client’s shows as “in process” and the other/duplicate order (admin generated) shows as “on hold”
    2. Paypal shows 1 active on Recurring payments dashboard. Under subscription details, Initial payment is $0 and Regular Recurring Payment is $105
    3. YITH SUBSCRIPTIONS lists ONLY the ADMIN generated orders.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi there,
    Check if in WooCommerce->Settings->Payments->PayPal you have set this option

    If yes, try to delete it and use only the API credentials
