Double Order Prefix

When I activate the “Order Numbers” module, there is a double hashtag appearing in my orders.
I only use this module for sequential order numbers.Now I get the following order number:
##1
And when I deactivate the module I get #XXXXXX (Not sequential but with one hashtag)
