    Hello!

    I have an issue with woocommerce and propably with Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce. Sometimes some of the orders, after receiving response about successful payment or successful reduction from the stock, double up. Like there are double communicates about order status and double amount of them disappear from the stock etc. Also, there are double messages about successful payment which have the same IDs, but differ in source – one of them has mastercard source and the other – just ‘card’. That happens only with mastercards (with visas, everything is ok) and not every time user pays with mastercard, but only sometimes (there is no pattern to this). Also, money is NOT taken from the user account twice. And the Stripe Payment Plugin does not recognise that as an error, because there is nothing in error logs. The main problem for me is the product is taken twice from the stock. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

    Greetings from WebToffee support. We haven’t encountered such an issue before.

    This may be a plugin conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/. It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
    On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
