double payments totaling error?

  • It happens that when someone makes a standard donation is in “pending” Example 5 dollars.

    Changing the status of the donation to “completed” >> rejoining five dollars that do not exist.

    Dicir is changing the slope completed state, total donations was 2, 10 dollars, which were actually five.

    I can do to prevent this from happening?

    We can’t replicate that behavior, so try the following:

    1) Make sure you’re on the latest version of Give — version 1.6.1
    2) Go to “Donations > Reports > Tools” and do the “Recalculate all donation stats” tool — and any other tools there you think might be relevant.

    Let me know how it goes from there.

    OK, I’ll test this carefully now to see if I can replicate exactly what you’re mentioning. If so, we’ll work on a fix right away. I’ll keep you posted.

    I make a donation of five dollars, your status is “pending” in my panel Transaction.

    I make the change of status to “complete” Total 10 dollars xD

    Unfortunately, I really can’t replicate that behavior at all with Give version 1.6.1 so far. I’ve tried it in many different ways. But obviously, two of you have the same problem (though we aren’t seeing it beyond this ticket). There must be a reason, but it’s not clear yet whether or not the cause is within Give itself or a conflict with another plugin or hosting environment.

    Please try the following:

    1. Disable all other plugins except Give and try the Offline Donations again
    2. Provide me with a link of your System Info. Go to “Donatons > Settings > System Info”
