Sadly we are unable to reproduce this issue on our installation (current WordPress version, current WordPress Plugin version, latest WordPress theme).
Please provide the following information in a support request at https://www.wpzinc.com/support:
1. WordPress URL
2. WordPress Admin Username
3. WordPress Admin Password
Note: The WordPress login *must* be an Administrator role, so that we can access the Plugin’s settings within the WordPress Administration interface.
4. Steps taken to reproduce the issue from first logging into WordPress, which we can follow
5. Any on screen errors and debug.log file, both of which can be enabled by following https://www.wpzinc.com/support
We encourage you to either setup accounts specific for us, or to change credentials once the issue has been resolved.
