    Hi, on a new order on woocommerce i receive double push notification sometime 1 sec between notification and sometime 2-3 minutes, i know it’s jetpack who push the notification. how i can fix this ?

    Hi there,

    I understand that you are referring to the Woo mobile app. Is that correct?

    First off, I checked your site’s Jetpack connection and did not detect any issues. I can also see that you have the latest version of Jetpack installed.

    On your end, could you confirm that you have the latest version of the app?

    I noticed that you have ManageWP Worker plugin installed. I am not familiar with this solution but I suspect that it potentially could interfere here. Could you deactivate it temporarily and test if the issue persists?

    If that does not help, please fill out the contact form to reach the Woo support team from within the app by going to?Menu → Settings → Help & Support → Contact Support.

    Alternatively, you can contact Woo Mobile support directly via ?Woo.com → My Account → Support.

    Already did that the only awnser i receive is the double push notification are maybe a conflict with other plugin. Do you ave a log file you can acces to see the push notification jetpack send ?

    Hi again,

    We deployed a fix yesterday to correct the multiple notifcations about Woo orders. Can you please monitor the situation and let us know if you continue to get double notifications?

    Thanks for reporting this. Can you check if the double notification is related to the same order status or if it’s reporting a change of status – for example, from Pending to Processed or similar?

    From what you reported about the orders, it seems that there have been changes, so we expect to see two different notifications in the Activity Log.

    Is there something that doesn’t look okay to you? Do you have concerns, doubt or questions about that?

    I also recommend you to edit your latest message to redact any sensitive data. If you can’t do it, you can ask a forum moderator to do it for you (right side of the page, on the Report this topic for: “Other”, and request this on the Why are you reporting this topic: box).

    so for now the problem still there, i try to uninstall and desactivate others plugin but don’t change anything

    A couple of weeks ago my colleague Stef asked to confirm if the “duplicate” entries you’re seeing are actually different statuses. When I log in from our side, I see one entry for the order being “Pending” and one for it being “Processing. This is a screenshot of what I’m seeing: https://d.pr/i/OfJyK8

    Can you please confirm if that is the issue? If you’re seeing something different, could you please share a screenshot?
