    Hi,

    I am facing one really weird issue. I have used a couple of User Submitted Posts in two pages of my website. And whenever I try to open those two pages, refresh is happening twice while loading. It is really odd, and is behaving weirdly compared to the rest of the website.

    Secondly, I would like to style the “submit a new post” form, especially the text editor where we give the post content, and also the list of posts.

    Is custom CSS the only way? or are there any settings that can be made to accomplish this?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Glad to help. The plugin doesn’t redirect or reload any pages unless the form is submitted, so when you say it happens when you “open” the pages, I’m thinking there is something else at play here. Best advice would be to do some basic troubleshooting, I would be glad to provide a guide if it might be useful for you.

    To style the form elements, you can either use the custom form/CSS, or you can add CSS to the “Custom Content” setting, or you can add via your theme or you can add using a custom CSS type plugin.

    I did some testing and found that this issue of double refresh is occurring only on pages that has User Submitted Posts shortcode, that too only when the user is not logged in. Please take a look at this link

    I am just unable to find the cause of this issue. Kindly assisst.

    An update. My apologies, I found that this double refresh is happening on all pages, not just on those where User Submitted Posts was used. But this double refresh is happening when the user is not logged in. The issue isn’t occurring after user logged in.

    Ok thanks for the update.

    So does the double loading happen when USP is deactivated?

    @specialk

    Yes, it is occurring even after deactivating USP. It could possibly be occurring due to some other issue. Thank you though.

    Okay thanks, that means the issue is not with USP and as you say probably is due to something else (like another plugin, or maybe something the theme is doing). Best advice would be to do some basic troubleshooting, I would be glad to provide a guide if it might be useful for you. Let me know how I can help.

    Thank you very much for your kind offer to help.

    Regarding this issue, I may have been mistaken. It might not be a double refresh problem, but rather a situation where the page briefly appears before it is fully loaded. You can verify this by checking the link provided and confirming. https://vidhyar3.sg-host.com/

    Is there a way to let the page appear completely only after it is fully loaded?

    Yeah I don’t know. Best advice would be to ask your theme provider. They will know best which changes are required to achieve the desired goal.
