i’ve been using this plugin for some time, on a fairly active site. It’s working good so far with one exception. When I refund a customer, it always shows in the customer record as double the refund amount. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hello @wflgreg,

Please confirm whether you are utilizing any automation plugins or other plugins that might be causing the duplication of the refund amount.

Could you clarify if the refund amount only appears duplicated on your website’s orders page, or if it also reflects duplicate records on the Stripe dashboard payments?

Additional information would be helpful in understanding the scenario more comprehensively, allowing us to provide you with an accurate response.

it’s only on the woocommerce orders page. It doesn’t actually make a duplicate refund. But shows as double the amount everytime we refund. It’s confusing to our customers as sometimes the refund shows as a larger amount than they actually paid initially.

    Hello @wflgreg,

I attempted a test refund to replicate the scenario, but unfortunately, I couldn’t reproduce the same issue. Please refer to this screen recording: https://bsf.d.pr/v/g96dn0 and let me know if there’s anything I might have missed in trying to replicate the issue.

Alternatively, it’s possible that a plugin conflict on your website could be causing the problem. Let’s explore this possibility further to pinpoint the issue.
