Double showing of legal checkboxes

Hi!

Thank you very much for your plugin!
I just have one issue since the upgrade of woocommerce and other plugins:
The legal checkboxes of “Germanized” and the heading “payment methods” are shown doubled and the checkboxes also in step 2 as well as in step 3, even it should only be displayed on step 3. Please have a look on the screenshots. Do you have any idea how to solve this?
