Double site name in Browser Tab Title?

When you go to my site aladygoeswest.com, the name A Lady Goes West shows up twice, with -A Lady Goes West after whatever the page name is on the browser tab.
I’d love to eliminate the second -A Lady Goes West part. How do I do that?
