Double site name in my blogs

Hello WP friends,

Im using this SEO plugin a few weeks now, and i thought i worked just fine . But when i checked the code of my pages and also my Google results. The name of the website is shown double. I want to show the title of my blog first and after that my website name. Example: ‘blogtitle | site name’

But it shows: ‘site name | blog name | site name’

Also in the code. META Title is shown twice, once in the normal head and once in the META generated by the Yoast plugin. The one generated by the plugin is corect, but the otherone is shown wrong, and that is the one google uses…

Im not shure if this is the same problem everybody complains about…?
