double space compressed

  • I am using email to communicate the Quiz And Survey Master result and my email server has a script that looks for double spaces in the subject line to do parsing. However, whenever I save the email in Quiz And Survey Master, each double space is reduced to a single space. So somehow saving an email would eliminate a space in a double space.

  • That’s a strange issue indeed. Can you try using a different email to see if that’s causing the issue at all?

    That’s ok. I managed to use another special character for parsing to avoid the problem which is present in my mail client as well. Thanks anyway for the response.
