double splitting

    We are getting an issue that when auto splitting. It will create 2 sets of the same split.

    you are missing the option to remove items from parent order, please check ? the checkbox right sidebar on the settings page

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    If we remove items from the parent order, how can we do a refund for example via PayPal? Does a refund work on split orders?

    I didn’t test it with PayPal refund thing, but if you will keep your original order and child order too, both will be considered as sale and it will increase the revenue sum, that’s not accurate too.
