double tag

Hi!
There are two <h1> tags in the code which is terrible for SEO. Do you think it’s possible to be corrected?
An example:
https://www.asgaros.de/support/topic/suggestion-scoring-threads-with-upvotes/First: <h1 class=”main-title main-title-topic”>Suggestion: scoring threads with upvotes</h1> – it’s great.
Second: <h1 id=”link-modal-title”>Insert/edit link</h1> – it should be <h3> or <h4> or <h5>, not <h1>
