Double Tag Issue

I’ve sent numerous emails through your website to support and haven’t had anyone get back to me in weeks. We’re trying to launch a site for a client but their Vimeo tags are appearing twice. They reached out to Vimeo who told us to contact you, the developer since it’s a plugin issue. Please advise!
