Double title and description in links

    I am slowly learning the more techie side of this, but I can’t seem to figure this one out. When I post a link from my blog anywhere, Facebook for example, it should come up as “Leave Me to My Projects | DIY, life and the space between.”, but it looks like this instead “Leave Me to My Projects | DIY, life and the space between.Leave Me to My Projects | DIY, life and the space between.”

    The site is https://www.leavemetomyprojects.com/, and I do hope you can help me. My links look like amateur hour, and even though that is kind of the case, I don’t want it to be so obvious! Can any of you geniuses help me? Thanks in advance.
