double titling

  • All of a sudden, my post are appearing with a double title on the home page. As in, the title should be: xoxo but is showing
    xoxo”>xoxo

    It only does this on the home page, when you click on the title link, the page of the post is correct.

    I have checked in the editor where I write posts, and there is no html.

    This started after the upload to 3.1.3 and I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

  • without seeing the site, just guessing:

    possibly a plugin error – try and deactivate all plugins, and if this solves the error, deactivat one plugin at a time to find the trouble plugin.
