• Hello!

I am using your plugin for GTM and Tatvic’s Enhanced e-commerce for Woocommerce plugin for Google analytics + Enhanced ecommerce. I have noticed that sometimes 2 GTM-tags show up in Google tag assistant. Also sometimes the Google analytics tag one disappears, which is strange. I have offered some info below.

    GTM plugin:
    – Track enhanced e-commerce – Checked
    – Enable this to add Google ads dynamic remarketing variables to the datalayer – Checked

    Enhanced Ecommerce plugin:
    – Add global site tracking code “gtag.js” – Checked
    – Add enhanced ecommerce tracking code – Checked

Do you recommend these settings or is there something I need to change in order to get the correct data? I would really want the tag assistant to stop having these errors.

    Thank you for your help!
    Best regards,
    Isa

Looking at the our code, I can see that “GTM for WordPress plugin” appears twice, and I am not sure why this is? Perhaps I need to disable the Enhanced ecommerce checkbox in your plugin, as I already have Enhanced ecommerce plugin?

    Thank you ??

    Hi,

I checked your site and I can only see on GTM container in it (actually if you search for the container ID, it will appear twice since the GTM container code has two distinct part but technically they are one)

Please make sure that you are only tracking GA with one plugin: either the plugin of Tatvic or using GA tags in your GTM container.
