Double Upload popup with 3.5

After the wordpress 3.5 upgrade when you click “Select File” in the Drag/Drop feature image box, it popups a file browser. After you select a file it closes and starts uploading, but immediately pops up another file browser.
Note that if you just close the second file browser the original upload will still continue and complete, but it’s just an annoyance.
