Double URLs in Google Search Console

Hello, we’ve been using your Yoast SEO plugin for months on our Woocommerce e-shop but we found out we have some issues related to Google. Google Search Console shows we have 43 products but in fact we have only 25 products in our e-shop. It’s weird because a sitemap shows a correct number of 25 products as well. But in Google Search Console – products snippets the google show every product twice. And we dont know why. Cant this be any URL problem related to e.g. cannonical URLs Yoast implements?
