    Hi there,

Just to make sure – is the 6% reduced working as expected when adding the order from the front-end?

Also, the video shows the reduced tax rate for the variable product as a whole – is that tax rate also used for the variation that’s been added to the order?

The variations are using tax rate “identical to parent” so that’s not the problem there.

In the frontend the tax is correctly working. But in the backend, when I edit order, it doesn’t work

I found the problem. The slug of the product has changed since the order was validated + also the product changed from simple product to variable product As a result, the system was not able to recognize the product anymore.

Can you make some tests on your side if you’re able to reproduce the issue and maybe make a fix in this scenario?

    Hey there again!

Thanks for letting us know that you figured this out. The issue is that the slug and ids for the products changed, which would cause what you are seeing.

    Have a great one!
