Doubled target and rel in links

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your plugin, it is really helpful. I’ve found one feature ??
if link has target=”_blank” or rel=”nofollow” or rel=”noopener noreferrer”, it doesn’t check it and if ticked, adds aditional target=”_blank” rel=”nofollow”.

I’m not sure it is critical, but maybe it can be avoided.
