Doubt about Sender’s message title

    Hi,
    I have recently registered with SMS alert! I explored all the options available in the plugin! When the customer and the admin will receive order notifications, I want the message title as my company name! When I will upgrade my credits, what will be my default message title for customers and admin?

    After that, I want to make use of templates. I read somewhere that we have to go in SMS alert daahboard- manage- sys. Templates. Please guide me here what to do and how to make the templates step by step. I want the guide to make templates in SMS alert dashboard. The templates I ahve already made in the plugin in woocommerce. Plz tell me about SMS alert dashboard.
