    Hi,

Is there any way with your free or paid plugin (or extensions), to achieve this?

I have two user levels at the moment: premium and free users.

We need if a free user want to access to a post for premium users, he can do it choosing between two options:

    • Pay the premium profile 40,00€
    • Pay once 5,00€ to access to this single post

    Is it possible?

    Thank you

    Hi,

But if we have for example 5 premium posts (products), it means I should have 5 different memberships + the premium plan?

    Thank you!

Yes that is correct. You can have as many membership levels as you want. So in your case you would create one membership level per premium product and assign that membership level to the corresponding page. Then you could also use the following documentation to redirect your newly registered members to the page in question with the upgrade membership button.

    Hi again!

Is there any way to mantain “premium” membership after buying another post? I mean, for example, if I have a “premium” user, and then he wants an additional post, how could I mantain the premium plan expiry date? It is not an upgrade of his membership, as it would be only an additional product.

At the moment I achieved this: a free or premium user can buy a product (post), but when a premium user buy it, he has a new membership level, so the premium membership expiry date is updated to the new one.

    Thank you!

Buying another post, means you are changing the plan. So in reality it is an upgrade. In this case, the following instructions is still the best option for what you are trying to achieve.

    Hi,

If we develop it with the upgrade button, then we have another problem:

For example, for a Premium user paying 80€/yearly, if the upgrade button costs +30€ per year (Premium+ user), then next year recurring payment for Premium+ membership should cost 110€, instead of 30€. How could we achieve this?

Another option could be for example if we can mantain Premium membership, and user can add an extra membership to his profile. For example: main membership (80€) + extra membership (30€). Is there any way to do something like this?

    Thank you

If you have set up subscription/recurring type payments for memberships, the existing subscription payment agreement will need to be terminated if a member wishes to upgrade to a new membership level. Members can cancel their subscription by either contacting you or logging into their PayPal account and cancelling it from there. It is irrelevant whether the existing subscription agreement is terminated before or after the upgrade to the new level. Once they have cancel their old subscription and signed up for a new subscription they will then pay what ever it is set to. In your case the upgrade button should be set to 110€ per year.

To learn about the available options for cancelling a subscription, please refer to the membership payment section of?our documentation.
