Hi. I have some doubts regardin plugin’s behaviour.

When I check for cookies the result shows 12 cookies.

As external services I have “Google Fonts” and “reCAPTCHA”.

In the “Cookies descriptions” I have a group classified as “Wihout service”, two of them belongs to “Complianz”.
There is no evidence of the Google services I have neither in the “Cookies description” nor in my “Cookies Policy”.
As categories it shows “Funcionales” and “Marketing” but I don’t have Marketing Cookies I have Statistics instead.

When I “Accept all”, the brousers ( Chrome, Firefox and Edge) show just 4 cookies, three of them belogs to “Complianz”. No reCAPTCHA, no Google Fonts. I don’t know what to do. Thanks in advance.

    Regards

    Hello @nuevaenword,
Could you perhaps provide a link to the website in question, so we can have a look at the current behaviour?

Some Cookies (ex. Google cookies) are only set on certain interactions. Complianz reruns the scan and sync in the background and completes the Cookie List based on your setup over time.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Hi. First of all thank you very much for your replying so quickly. I’m confused with the plugin. I have created a sample web just to test the plugin previously to install it in my production web site.

What happens is that I found some discrepancies between the data the plugin collect and the behaviour once the acceptance of all the cookies has taken place. I don’t understand why if the plugin recognises 22 cookies (this is the number for this test site I have created) then, in the Cookies Policy, it lists 8, and another 3 which needs investigation (two of them belongs to Complianz). At the end, browsers after accepting all the cookies just detect 3 (all from Complianz).

I provide you te URL from my test site (https://pruebobanner.unifilomedia.net/politica-de-cookies-ue/), but I consider you need as well the captures I made from the backend of my site. I cannot find here a place to attach them but I would be very pleased to show you. So if is there a way to provide you such evidence let me know. Thanks in advance.

    Regards.

    Hello @nuevaenword,
You could upload a screenshot on imgbb.com/

There are a number of reasons why the number of cookies in the scan could differ from your Cookie Policy. For instance, upon completion of the sync with CookieDatabase.org, Complianz will automatically grey out all cookies that are known to be irrelevant to front-end website visitors (administrator cookies, etc).

Please refer to https://complianz.io/cookie-scan-results/ for a detailed explanation and advice on how to get the best results. The two uncategorized Complianz cookies will be added to CookieDatabase very soon.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hello @nuevaenword,

The screenshots seem to confirm what I said previously, that the cookies which are known to be irrelevant to front-end website visitors are automatically greyed out (and not shown on the Cookie Policy), with the exception of the 2 uncategorized Complianz cookies that will be added soon.

Do you have any remaining questions about this?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Hello Jarno. Thanks a lot for your patience. I don`t fully understand why, when I accept all the cookies, not all the cookies present in the Cookies Policy are installed. For instance, in the Cookies Policy appears Google Font, but is not installed. Thanks in advance.

    Regards
