Doubts and problems with EAN and brand

The first thing of all is that I don’t understand how it is updated. Sometimes it appears that it has been updated through the API and other times through the online store (PRODUCTS SOURCE 3)

This is not fully clear yet, I’m afraid. Could you elaborate further on what you are expecting to happen, and what actually happens? For sharing screenshots of what is shown on the screen, https://snipboard.io/ is a good tool to utilize for sharing them in the forum.

I also have problems displaying the product brand. In Merchant Center it appears without brand and I think it may be because in woocommerce the brand is a taxonomy and google listings & ads is not receiving it as such.

We have set the product EAN with the EAN for Woocommerce plugin. With this you will receive it correctly?

Please note that any active product listings displaying on Google can be managed, edited, or deleted manually via?Google Merchant Center.

As a next step, kindly make sure all sources are deleted, and then go ahead with re-configuring Google Listings & Ads, as detailed here.

Thank you for your help.

I have followed the steps but the products still no update automatically, some go more than 2 weeks without updating.

The only way I see to do it is from Product Feed, select ten products and sync and show. But I have around 10k products and it is impossible to do it 10 at a time.

Furthermore, I have observed a somewhat strange behavior because if I enter the plugin, then it updates, and maybe it updates a product but if I have uploaded a new one to the website, it does not load it. I just want to understand how the product feed update is carried out, because I don’t understand anything. Thanks again!

I was able to check it out and could notice that you are still using an outdated version of WordPress, which also means that your Action Scheduler is still outdated.

Could you please try updating your WordPress version to the latest version and let us know if this gets to solve the current issues you are facing?

When you set up Google Listings & Ads, all products in your WooCommerce store are automatically added to your Product Feed, and set to?Sync and show. You can change the channel visibility of your products at any time, and your product feed will sync automatically within 1-2 days. Further details can be found here.

Today we have changed the price of some variable products and that price is not updated in the merchant center. However, we changed the price of another product and it updated it instantly. To give you another example, if I add new products to my website, they do not appear in the merchant center until more than a week has passed, even if they are not approved. This is what makes me not understand how automatic updating works.
