dowload and impot file 503 error

Hi,

I hope this is the right section to post in. I’m a little confused.

I just spent the last 4 hours trying to transfer my worpress.com information to www.ads-software.com. I’ve set up and installed and that’s fine. So I went to import the XML file from WordPress.com ticking the box to download and import attachment files and it just kept coming back with Error 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. There’s no issue with the size of my file (722KB). I then tried without ticking the download and import box and it transferred over my blogs and pages, but not the photos.

Does anyone have any answers to this? Am I doing something wrong?
