Down arrows in menu display normally except for one single page

    Hi!

    Bit of a puzzle (not an expert coder here): our menu looks just fine on any other page of the site, but on this particular page, the down arrows won’t display (see empty squares in their place). Any ideas what the problem might be or how to address?

    Hi bonnie,

    Thanks for posting a link.

    For some reason Dashicons isn’t being loaded on that page. I can’t see any clues in the page source as to why that would be. The next step would be to disable all plugins and see if you can find one which is causing the problem, then we can look more closely at that plugin and see if there’s a way we can fix it (but we need too find the problem plugin firsT).
