This is a paid plugin that relies on Diversesolutions.com API and sever.
Sites powered by this plugin are down 20-30% of the time.
The big problem is that yesterday the company shut down the api without any warnings to customers the way they did yesterday messed up will all sites using this plugin, took down all sites, not login , nothing. This is the norm.
All users go crazy when this happens thinking is their hosting company or other plugins or wordpress script itself.

They don’t like support requests here when problems arise , but where else? their product forum is full of spam here https://forum.diversesolutions.com/
They like individual support tickets so nobody realizes and that don’t address or communicate to all paid users. These are issues that affect all users for a publicly available plugin here at wordpress we need more respect and transparency
Probably a class action or refund from the company to all realtors can repair part of the damage done for years.
Realtors can also complain with their boards.
