    Hi,
Can you double check your cache plugin actually provides a page cache? As i don’t think that is working. There are no cache headers either. Once the page is cached it should load right up.
I also noticed some missing assets ( see Waterfall ), you should fix those for a faster page load.

    Thanks

Can you disable WP Rocket and deploy something else ( e.g. WP Fastest Cache, WP Super Cache ) and see if change the loading speed? Make sure you test it while anonymous ( incognito ). The first-page load may still be slow until the cache plugin kicks in.
Might be easier, if you create a development instance where to test this, so don’t have to interfere with your live instance.

    Thanks
