• I originally purchased and successfully installed Appointments+ (currently Version 1.4.3.1) 1 1/2 years ago and did not keep up membership. I have since installed Appointments on another website and find that it would work for my original installation.

Is there a way to downgrade the installation to Appointments (aside from deleting adding and setting up the gcal integration again), so I can receive updates for the plugin?

    Thank you!

    Hey there admail,

    How are you doing today?

You can downgrade to a free version by replacing the the plugin files via FTP/cPanel. If you’re going to do that please make sure that you replace files directly rather then uninstall the plugin because the process that removes the plugin from the admin is also removing some of the data from the database.

Please note that the free version hasn’t been updated for some time now and that the next update will be once we release the 2.0 for premium plugin.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

Sorry for the delay. What is the process for replacing? Do I delete the old plugin folder via ftp and upload the new free version of the plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hey David,

Yes that would be the best way to do it, simply delete the folder via FTP and upload the free version.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
