Downgrade to 4.9.8… Solution!

  • Hello everybody,
    so i had the same problems with WP5 like you so i decided to downgrade

    i used the “WP Downgrade” Plugin worked like a charm and i can go on and post entries
    i downgraded to 4.9.8

    for me not, i used wpbakery when i saved got just blank screens

    Well unluckily may work but may not as well… for me did nothing… my installation says 4.9.8 but that crappy builder from gutemberg still there, suggestion? stay away from WP5!

    uninstall gutemberg then worked for me on 3 installations

    we are talking about core not plugin, never even thought to install the plugin, crap is much bigger than you think

    like i said i downgraded 3 installations everything worked

    same, does not work… now there in no more post content box… now system restore is only option left…

    ok did the restore, after seeing WP5 and the rest I have to say they wanted to cause problems to thousands of people, I still have to figure out why… anyway it was a moment of happiness getting rid of WP5.
