Downgraded from business and my free website domain was deleted on my account.

Dear WordPress,

I downgraded from a business plan because of an entirely different issue I could not get addressed and it permanently reverted my site to https://outofbodytravel.wpcomstaging.com/, it should be outofbodytravel.wordpress.com. I’ve tried everything, I even named a new site outofbodytravelarchive.wordpress.com, but it will not allow me to transfer it to that one either. It appears the outofbodytravel.wordpress.com has just been deleted from my account. Can you please help restore the site?
