Downgraded, then disabled – which WP version am I running?

Hi, thanks for a great tool. I recently downgraded to an older WP version (5.4.2), but I now need to get back into using the latest WP versions. I removed the version number from the WordPress Target Version: field, and WP now reports that I’m running 5.9.3 – but is that really the case?

I didn’t see any WP installers or similar after I removed the version number from WP Downgrade’s WordPress Target Version field, so I have a hunch it may really be running 5.4.2 still. Can you help explain?
