download begins but fails before completing

Which download are you referring to? The plugin download?

Sorry I was not clear in my original post. When someone clicks on either the “PDF Invoice” or “PDF Packing Slip” buttons from the Order Edit page, the download begins but fails after about a minute.

Do you see any related error under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? Look for files starting with fatal-errors-* or wpo-wcpdf-*.

there are no fatal errors. there are no errors at all related to this.

Please go to?WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on?Get system report, then click on?Download for support, attach the file on?https://www.file.io/, and finally paste the download link in a reply here (the file will be deleted after the first download).
