Just to let you know, I’ve solved the issue so there’s no rush but maybe something can be done on your end to prevent it. It’s also good to post in case someone else is looking for a solution.

So, I ran into an issue with the download buttons completely not working. They were unclickable. This seemed to have happened after the most recent woocommerce update.

I discovered a small conflict with Elementor pro and Woocommerce using the same ID attribute on the div that the button was sitting in.

    For the record, it’s on the woocommerce/templates single-product-reviews.php template file, line 28, <div id=”comments”>.

The solution was to copy the template to the themes woocommerce directory and change the id attribute.

Perhaps there’s something you can change on your end, such as the priority? Not sure, but perhaps not. Either way, hopefully this helps someone.

Hi mate I’m not sure I follow you. If the conflict is between WooCommerce and Elementor Pro, how can I avoid it?

Hi, thanks for responding. I guess you can’t then, but it was your plugins download buttons that were the only thing affected by the conflict, so I figured that here was a good place to document it. My bad.

I’ll take a look and see if it’s something I can reproduce on my side. Was it the download button next to the product images and info, on the product page itself?

Hi Richard, thanks, that would be great.. and yes that’s correct.
