Download certificate button for 100% booked courses

    Hi, my course is sold out and the “100% Booked” banner is correctly visible. However, the “download certificate” button has disappeared for users who had purchased the course and can still access it. How can I solve this problem? Thank you in advance!

    Hi @martinaggallery,

    if a student/user complete a course then Download Certificate Button will be show. More Details Please check the docs

    Hi, the button worked correctly at first, but it disappeared when the course became 100% booked. Now users cannot see it anymore… Any idea?

    yes, it is our issue, please wait next 1/2 days, We are preparing Academy LMS new Update. In that update this issue will be fixed. We are really sorry for it.

    Hi, I updated the plugin and the Certificate button is working! Thanks!
    However, I found some problem with the style. For example, the column layout in the course grid with Elementor doesn’t seem to be working. Can that be caused by the update? Thanks again!
