Download counter not working

    I’ve added the URL to the Download Now button on my website.

    I’ve also tested the download button many times and always get the proper file. That’s working.

    However, the download counter inside the plugin admin is always “0”.

    Since the file download works fine, what else could be wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Please go to your WP dashboard > Downloads > Settings > Advanced > Reports > turn OFF the ‘Ignore Admin count’ option > Save changes and try again.
