    The download counter has not been working. I have tried to log out and download, tried to download from the people’s phone, but it is still not increasing.

    The download present there is manual download count.

    Please help.

    Can you please change the IP Address Logging option to ‘Store no IP Address’ and let me know if you still encounter issues?

    Hello Beatrice,

    I have the same issue. Newest version of download monitor is installed. No matter what I select in “Settings > Advanced > Reports” – it does not count the downloads.

    Any idea?

    Can you please let me know if you created a no access page and set it in your dashboard > Downloads > Settings > Advanced > Pages > No Access Page?

    I tried to set the above recommendation but the download count does not show any progress. Also the report page keep loading. spinning and no results shown.
